How to Make Dual Color Effect

Now we'll learn how to make dual color effect.
first, you open image in your computer.

Then click edit in quick mask mode or press Q then draw with brush tool. 

then you clik edit in standart mode or press Q  and the preview like this.

then press Ctrl+Shift+U until like this.

then click filter-> blur-> gaussian blur.

And the result like this..
