How to make Photo Booth Effect with Adobe Photoshop CS4

Create a new document 1280x1024. Click file -> New -> and then replace inc to pixel then change the size width = 1280 length = 1024.

Open the pictures you want. Then resize all the pictures into 300x225. Click image -> image size -> clearthe check constraint proportions -> then change the size of width = 300 length = 225. 

then drag all the photos that you have resize to a new document that you created earlier.then in a verticalstacking.

Right click Layer 1 -> blending option, and select stroke.

Right click on layer 1 then copy the layer style. And the right click on layer 2 then paste layer style. And do it like that, to the other layers.

Then merge down all layer press [Ctrl+E], from the top layer until left 1 layer.

Now, we make layer 1 wavy. Click Filter -> Distort -> Shear. And rotate until like floating.

Create a new layer below the layer 1 and above the background layer and create a shadow with brush toolin black color.

And then change opacity from 100% to 50% 

Create a layer above layer 1, create a highlight with brush tool in black color.

The last, change opacity from 100% to 75%. Then right click on layer 3 -> create clipping mask.
